The apartment's location was ideal, right by the river and a short walk to the stunning cathedral. The free parking made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. Plus, the kids loved being able to surf the web with the fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property.
My wife says that it would have been even better if there had been an outdoor play area for the kids.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right by the river and within walking distance to all the main attractions in Norwich. We loved exploring the city and being able to easily access all the great restaurants and shops. The free parking was a huge bonus and made our stay even more convenient.
My wife says that the bunk bed in the children's room was uncomfortable for them.

Stayed in a great apartment with a beautiful view. Loved the free parking and the bar/lounge where I could quench my thirst. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient.
The lack of a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first aid kit. Safety first, right?

I really enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was tasteful and charming, creating a comfortable environment that made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of room for me to relax and unwind. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff ensured that there were no stairs to climb and that there were handrails in the common areas, making it easier for me to move around.
I would have preferred if the children working there could have offered some assistance with carrying my luggage to the room.

We got great value for our money with plenty of bedrooms for our family of 7. The view of the river from the lounge was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was accommodating and we felt welcome with fresh flowers in the living room and kitchen when we arrived.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have more variety in the food options.

The decorations in the hotel were simply charming, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a quaint countryside cottage, with beautiful wallpaper and elegant furniture. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in creating a comfortable and visually pleasing space.
I would have preferred to have more assistance from the staff, especially for senior guests. A dedicated concierge or someone available to help with luggage would have made the vacation even better.

Great location with easy parking and close to the city center and train station. Well-heated property with comfortable beds. Good communication and easy key collection.
Some maintenance issues such as soft and dated mattresses, stuffy bedrooms without opening windows, and a broken table in the lounge. Lack of kitchen equipment like oven gloves and the need for a cleaner dishwasher.
